Hotel Information: The National Housing Center is located in downtown, Washington D.C., within walking distance of a variety of hotels offering rooms at a wide range of price points. We invite you to explore some of the options in our “Hotel Options List.” Please note that CDBA has not arranged a room block at any individual hotels for this event.
Attire: Business casual for all Peer Forum activities

  • June 11: Advocacy Day & Pre-Conference Cocktail Reception  at 5:30 pm ET 
  • June 12: Sessions from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET
  • June 12: Cocktail reception at 6:30 pm ET followed by dinner at 7:30 pm ET

Marty Sellars has been the CEO of FNBC Bank in Northern Arkansas since 2016. Sellars, a native of Izard County, began his career in community banking when he was only 18 years old at a local bank in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas. In January 1983 he joined FNBC in the Loan Department as a Loan Collector, and quickly advanced to Vice President and Loan Officer. In 1990 he was promoted to Vice President and Branch Manager to grow and expand FNBC’s footprint in the Hardy market. In 1997 he was once again promoted to Senior Vice President and Branch Administrator, supervising the operations of four of FNBC Bank’s offices. He sits on the Board of Directors for FNBC Bank, serves on the Board of Directors for the Network of Community Options, a position he has held for over 20 years, and is vice chairman of the Sharp County Chapter of the Arkansas Community Foundation.
