Hotel Information: The National Housing Center is located in downtown, Washington D.C., within walking distance of a variety of hotels offering rooms at a wide range of price points. We invite you to explore some of the options in our “Hotel Options List.” Please note that CDBA has not arranged a room block at any individual hotels for this event.

Join in one of three workshops on the changing Federal landscape for mission focused banks. Learn how to manage new CDFI certification requirements or take advantage of new tax opportunities and regulatory tools for reaching underserved markets.
 
Special Purpose Credit Programs (SPCPs) offer a pathway to deeper market reach and impact. This session covers the essentials of designing SPCPs that comply with regulatory expectations and fulfill your bank's mission to serve underserved segments effectively.
