Hotel Information: The National Housing Center is located in downtown, Washington D.C., within walking distance of a variety of hotels offering rooms at a wide range of price points. Join in one of three workshops on the changing Federal landscape for mission focused banks. Learn how to manage new CDFI certification requirements or take advantage of new tax opportunities and regulatory tools for reaching underserved markets.
 
​Dive into the opportunities created by the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) of 2022. A new set of energy related tax credits and deductions will promote investments in clean energy and green building projects. Learn how banks can integrate these financial incentives into green projects, combine tax credits with Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund resources, and to bridge and buy tax credits through IRA. Join us for a practical discussion on how to enhance profitability and support sustainable projects.
