Choose from four immersive workshops designed to enhance your bank's operational excellence and impact. Whether it's leveraging customer demographic data, mastering impact storytelling, engaging with community advisory boards, or serving vulnerable populations, each workshop offers valuable strategies and real-world insights.

Storytelling is an art, and when it intersects with the impact your bank is making, it becomes a powerful tool for change. This interactive workshop takes you on a journey to master the craft of impact storytelling, with techniques to bring your bank's successes to life. Learn from peers and storytelling experts how to weave compelling narratives that captivate audiences and amplify your bank's mission.

Speakers: Becca Hoeft (Morris Hoeft) (Co-Moderator), Carla Mannings (Partners/CBDA) (Co-Moderator), Rachelle Gregory (Carver State Bank), Erica Cooper (FNBC)

(Note: Prior to the session, we will send out a storytelling framework to prompt participants to start contemplating their bank's narrative. This preparatory work will enhance your takeaways from the session.)
