Hotel Information: The National Housing Center is located in downtown, Washington D.C., within walking distance of a variety of hotels offering rooms at a wide range of price points. We invite you to explore some of the options in our “Hotel Options List.” Please note that CDBA has not arranged a room block at any individual hotels for this event.
Attire: Business casual for all Peer Forum activities

  • June 11: Advocacy Day & Pre-Conference Cocktail Reception  at 5:30 pm ET 
  • June 12: Sessions from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET
  • June 12: Cocktail reception at 6:30 pm ET followed by dinner at 7:30 pm ET

Erica Cooper is Assistant Vice President Community Development at FNBC Bank. Cooper joined FNBC in 2012 as a branch manager. Since 2019, she has been the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act coordinator, Community Reinvestment Act officer, and has led the bank’s Community Development Financial Institution designation.

Cooper holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership, along with a Master of Business Administration from Arkansas State University.

She and her husband, Blake, reside in Melbourne and have two sons, Lane and Seth.
FNBC Bank is in Ash Flat, Arkansas. FNBC’s roots in community banking began in 1912. FNBC became a Certified Community Development Institution (CDFI) in May 2016. FNBC currently has 12 branches in north central Arkansas: Ash Flat, Hardy, Cherokee Village, Melbourne, Salem, Mammoth Spring, Highland, Horseshoe Bend, Batesville, Mountain Home and Jonesboro and 2 branches in Missouri: West Plains and Mountain Grove.
